Field Sales Consultant – Freight

Job Duties: 

  • Communicate company’s Profile and Services by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
  • Perform regular (daily) visits to prospects and customers while maintaining strong & strategic relationships with already existing clients.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of customers’ business model and their unique challenges, maximize loyalty and ensure service standards are exceeded at all times.
  • Ensure business growth via up-selling and or cross selling and increase market penetration.
  • Collect market intelligence and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in resolving their problems and provide assistance and attention (Follow up, prices, services, tracking…)

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years working experience in business development, or a relevant role with a sales record of accomplishment preferably in Shipping or Freight Forwarding Industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of shipping and Freight Forwarding industry; services offered and trends influencing the market.
  • Strong Verbal and Written English skills to communicate fluently at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Customer solution focused with strong point of sale skills.
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills in order to deal with team and customers.
