Customer Service Executive

Job Duties:

  • Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment life cycle.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements.
  • Liaise with agents internationally. 
  • Ensure clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments.
  • Take ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent.
  • Very Good command of the Turkish, English and Arabic language
  • 0 to 4 years of experience with Freight Forwarders / Shipping Companies.
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently and with excellent attention-to-detail. 
  • Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines to meet targets in a high-pressure environment.
