Freight Customer Service Executive

Job Duties:

  • Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment life cycle.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements.
  • Liaise with agents internationally.
  • Ensure clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments.
  • Take ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.


Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of experience with Freight Forwarders / Shipping Companies
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Very Good command of the English language
